My wife and I have found the best &#039;support group of like-minded people&#039; to be the family of God we gather with every Sunday and Wednesday and every other chance we get.  Their practical advice, prayers, and encouragement have helped us through some very challenging times.  Many churches these days don&#039;t actually create community (even the ones that say that&#039;s their purpose can fail), but some do, and we&#039;ve found it to be our place of refuge in our counter-cultural effort to raise kids as young people (25 with a 3-year-old and one on the way).</description>
