Daniel Hope, also known as the Tracksuit CEO, is a Blog Coach, Social Media Instructor and Consultant. His Web 2.0 roots go back to 2003 when he launched Employee Insider: a user-generated employer rating service which he later sold to private investors.
Daniel uses blogs and Social Networks to achieve exposure, traffic, and search engine ranking for his clients. His blog coaching techniques help his clients align their business goals with their online presence.
Daniel was a panelist at SXSW Interactive 2008 and 2009, his subjects covered the rapidly changing relationship between blogs and the workplace. In 2011 Daniel led a panel at SXSWi entitled Why Everything is Amazing but Nobody is Happy exploring the paradoxically negative effect amazing technology can have on our lives.
Daniel has worked as an instructor at the University of Texas where he taught Corporate Blogging and Social Media Marketing. Also a Graduate student at the Seminary of the Southwest, he is pursuing a master’s degree in counseling.
Daniel lives in Austin, TX with his wife and 2 daughters. He is currently working on The Commitment Project, a collaborative effort to improve the understanding and experience of marriage.
